Mushroom cultivation (Kavaratti & Minicoy) Description of the component: Mushroom cultivation is an ongoing programme for popularizing the Mushroom cultivation in the Islands. At present the scheme is being implemented successfully. Dept Coconut value addition centers (Androth, Kadmat, Kalpeni and Minicoy) Description of the Component: Under this scheme the coconut value addition centers can be established for the production of virgin coconut oil, vinegar and jaggery etc in the Dept level.
